Responsibilities

• Advise national clients from the industry and trade sectors on the implementation and further development of our credit risk management software solutions.
• Analyze technical and functional requirements and develop suitable solution concepts together with the clients.
• Model and optimize business processes as part of business analysis.
• Support the implementation of requirements in close collaboration with software development teams and coordinate necessary customizations within the project plan.
• Support clients even after the software implementation by conducting user training and workshops.

Requirements

• Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in a consulting environment, ideally in the field of software solutions or business analysis.
• Experience in the analysis and modeling of business processes.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and attend client meetings on-site.
