Your Impact

Als Senior Consultant Pharmakovigilanz/ Life Sciences (m/w/d) arbeitest du mit unseren Kunden an der Verbesserung von Prozessen, Organisationsstrukturen, IT-Systemen und Verhaltensweisen zur Sicherstellung von Qualität und Compliance. Unsere Kunden entwickeln und vermarkten Therapien, die das Leben von Patienten verbessern und verlängern. Als Teil unseres engagierten und dynamischen Teams hast du die Möglichkeit, sie dabei zu unterstützen - mit smarten Lösungen für den Umgang mit regulatorischer Komplexität.

• Hands-on Einstieg: Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Aufgabenpakete in Beratungsprojekten zur digitalen, organisatorischen oder prozessualen Transformation im Life‑Sciences‑Sektor mit Schwerpunkt Pharmakovigilanz und treibst diese inhaltlich voran.
• Prozessmanagement: Du steuerst die Analyse und Optimierung von PV-Systemen und Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (QMS) und treibst die Verbesserung von Prozessen des Qualitätsmanagements voran.
• Strategie & Transformation: Du berätst Life-Sciences‑Kunden bei der Strategieentwicklung sowie im Projekt‑ und Changemanagement und unterstützt sie bei der nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung ihrer Organisation.
• Innovation: Du bist sowohl in die Auswahl und Implementierung validierter IT-Systeme (z. B. eQMS, DMS, LMS) als auch in die Konzeption und Umsetzung innovativer digitaler Lösungen maßgeblich eingebunden.

Your Skillset

• Studium in Pharmazie und Medizin oder einer verwandten Naturwissenschaft, sowie ein sehr gutes Abitur
• Berufserfahrung (mind. 1 - 2 Jahre) in einem Life Science Unternehmen oder Life Science Startup im Bereich der Pharmakovigilanz
• Projektverantwortung im Zusammenhang mit der Optimierung und Automatisierung von regulierten Prozessen in der Pharmaindustrie von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in relevanten Regularien und Standards (u.a. GVP-Guideline, ICH Q10, etc.) mindestens für EU und USA sowie ein übergeordnetes Verständnis für das Ineinandergreifen der Prozesse im Pharmakovigilanz-System
• Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
