• Egal ob Erstgespräch, Discovery-Workshop oder Assessment – du führst die Qualifikation beim Kunden und lieferst die Entscheidungsgrundlage.
• Übernimm den Filter: Sechs Kriterien entscheiden, ob ein Prozess automatisiert werden sollte. Du wendest sie an – und begründest jede Ablehnung schriftlich gegenüber dem Kunden.
• Du erhebst, wie ein Prozess tatsächlich läuft – nicht wie er dokumentiert ist. Wo Interview und Daten auseinandergehen, liegt der interessante Fall.
• Gemeinsam mit Fachbereich, Controlling und IT baust du den Business Case und die Messgrundlage, an der später der Erfolg abgelesen wird – Amortisation, Wertabschöpfung und Nacharbeitsquote immer im Blick.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification processes at the client, providing the basis for decision-making.
• Apply six criteria to determine if a process should be automated and justify each rejection in writing to the client.
• Gather real process data, not just documented processes, identifying discrepancies between interviews and data.
• Collaborate with the department, controlling, and IT to build the business case and measurement baseline, focusing on amortization, value capture, and rework rate.

Requirements

• Personal Background: 5 - 10 years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, or operations, with a focus on specialized processes in regulated industries.
• Process Expertise & Evidence-Based Thinking: Gather and defend volume structures, identify bottlenecks, and quantify variations and exceptions. You trust no number whose origin you do not know – process mining or structured volume collection is familiar to you.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with processes in at least one segment – insurance, banking, industry, or public – from firsthand experience.
• AI Mindset: The natural use of modern (generative) AI tools in your daily work is essential for you. You have a high affinity for new technologies and actively use AI to continuously develop and improve your working methods and efficiency.
• Mindset: You apply automation where it works – and advise against it where it does not. A baseline is for you the prerequisite for success to be recognized later – not a form.
• On the Road: You are willing to travel and flexible to advise our clients in the DACH region on-site.
• Languages: Fluent in German and good English – then you will find yourself at home at Exxeta.

Who will be at the personal interview and how will it proceed?

This depends a bit on the position and location. Usually, someone from the respective department and from recruiting takes part. In some cases, several departments are involved. Don't worry, it's not going to be a tough assessment center. Our meeting is primarily about getting to know each other in a relaxed manner. We want to learn something about you as a person – and at the same time give you the opportunity to get to know Exxeta better. We simply attach great importance to a harmonious and open cooperation, after all, we will spend a lot of time together. After our meeting, we are hopefully both sure that it fits between us.

Can I apply for several positions at the same time?

Yes, that's possible. But rather indirectly: If several positions are in question for you, we recommend that you choose your favorite and apply for it. Please then indicate in the cover letter that you are flexible and also interested in other positions. We will then see which position is currently the best fit.

What happens to my data?

First of all: Your personal data is in good hands with us, 100 percent secure, and will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and treated strictly confidentially as part of the application process. Wer ist bei dem persönlichen Gespräch dabei und wie läuft es ab?

Das hängt ein wenig von der Position und dem Standort ab. Normalerweise nimmt jemand aus dem jeweiligen Fachbereich und aus dem Recruiting teil. In einigen Fällen sind auch mehrere Fachbereiche dabei. Keine Sorge, es soll kein knüppelhartes Assessment-Center werden. Bei unserem Gespräch geht es vor allem um ein entspanntes gegenseitiges Kennenlernen. Wir möchten etwas über dich als Mensch erfahren – und dir gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit geben, Exxeta besser kennenzulernen. Wir legen einfach viel Wert auf ein harmonisches und offenes Miteinander, schließlich werden wir viel Zeit miteinander verbringen.
