Responsibilities

• Help-To-Grow: Support in proposal creation and presentation, focus on market-relevant SAP innovations, and define added value for us and our customers. Take responsibility for customer acquisition and development within the team.
• Solution Design: Analyze customer business requirements and design innovative solutions in the SAP S/4HANA Finance environment.
• End-to-End Support: Accompany customers on their journey from requirements analysis through conception, implementation, to the rollout of their industry-specific SAP solutions.
• Stay-Up-To-Date: Continuously expand your expertise in the SAP ecosystem and engage with new technologies relevant to our customers in theory and practice.
• Teamwork: Work closely with our interdisciplinary areas and contribute to topic development with national and international teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP ERP and S/4HANA and the desire to keep and expand this knowledge through certification.
• Extensive knowledge of business relationships and business processes.
• Approximately 7 years of professional experience in SAP business processes with a focus on SAP financial accounting, management accounting, and projects, including experience in creating functional concepts, implementing process design, and configuration, including New-GL.
• Experience in project management and team leadership.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Personal strengths include result orientation, leadership skills, and teamwork. Holistic, networked, solution-oriented thinking is a key strength. You are communicative, entrepreneurial, and act responsibly.
• Willingness to travel for national and international projects.

Our SAP team in the German-speaking region consists of long-experienced SAP consultants who reflect the SAP product range with their expertise and plan, implement, and operate cross-industry projects in the SAP environment. In our rapidly growing team, you, as a subject matter expert with implementation power, will be responsible for our complex (inter)national customer projects. Together with our customers, you will determine the future IT landscape, consolidation of IT applications, and harmonization of business processes through your strategy development.
