About the Position

Senior Consultant - SAP Success Factors

We are seeking a Senior Consultant - SAP Success Factors with 3+ full cycles of SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience to join our team in Łódź, Poland. Remote/hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business needs and create business and technical specifications for proposed SAP HR system solutions
• Build client development strategies
• Implement SAP SuccessFactors, migrations to SAP S/4HANA for HR, for both KPMG clients in Poland and abroad
• Support sales processes
• Maintain positive business relationships with clients
• Collaborate with other teams on ongoing projects

Requirements

• Good knowledge of HR processes and practical experience with SAP HR / SAP SuccessFactors systems
• Minimum 3 full implementation cycles of SAP SuccessFactors as a consultant, including participation in requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, and production launch support
• In-depth, practical knowledge of at least one SAP SuccessFactors module, supported by current certification (several are welcome)
• Ability to conduct business requirements analysis and translate them into system solutions
• Practical experience in conducting workshops with clients, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions
• Experience in preparing project documentation, including configuration documentation, test scenarios, user manuals, and workshop materials
• Knowledge of the data migration process to SAP SuccessFactors, including preparation of migration templates, data validation, and error identification
• Fluency in English, enabling participation in project meetings, working with SAP documentation, and contacting international teams
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as teamwork abilities
