Senior Consultant / (Senior) Manager IT-Benchmarking
Do you want to support customers in the area of Risk Advisory - Digital Risk with secure digitalization and the successful use of agile methods? Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant / (Senior) Manager IT Benchmarking (m/f/d), you will advise clients comprehensively on the benchmarking of IT costs and/or IT prices in today's competitive situation, including the detailed and transparent normalization of all deviations.
- Analysis: You evaluate cost types, cost drivers (quantitative, qualitative) and carry out market standard checks (service cut, SLAs, security, processes, billing).
- Spectrum: Your focus is on market prices and developments including future forecasts and maturity of processes as well as the design of the service portfolio.
- Implementation: You advise on setting up and optimizing IT financial management and IT accounting systems and classify IT services in the life cycle.
- Project diversity: From the design to the implementation of IT service catalogs, you accompany our clients and support the sales of benchmarking services.
- Further development: You carry out IT technology and IT architecture consulting and gradually expand our benchmarking practice.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, financial and economic mathematics, statistics, (industrial) engineering, computer science or natural sciences
- Entry depending on professional experience, in any case strengths in analysis, conception and presentation as well as know-how in agile development and business models
- Expertise in one or more of the following specialist areas: Benchmarking of IT costs and/or IT prices; cost type and cost driver analyses; IT application operations and/or infrastructure operations, IT software development, ITIL process assessment and IT architecture and technology
- Ideally experience in service portfolio analyses as well as with cloud services and service offerings from leading cloud providers
- Languages: Willingness to travel and very good written and spoken German and English
