About the Role
Our PAS Mobility practice provides services to manage the cost and risks involved in HR plans, programs, and systems related to a global workforce. As a Senior Tax Consultant, you’ll be providing strategic tax planning recommendations to clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work with global clients to address their most complex people challenges, and ultimately improve and drive sustainable business results.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic tax planning recommendations to clients.
- Work with the Mobility Tax team to offer individual tax planning, compliance services, and advice on tax implications related to employee mobility.
- Engage in complex compliance and advisory work, preparing tax returns, reviewing/signing off, writing correspondence, and providing authoritative advice/guidance.
- Directly engage with clients, questioning and negotiating to provide results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in similar functions.
- Understanding of automated tax-processing systems and tax laws.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Experience in Mobility Tax Compliance, Income Tax Advisory & calculations, Cross-Border Share based incentive schemes & expatriate compensation, and Global and Local Employment Tax Compliance & Advisory.
