  • A good understanding of core technology and enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience and knowledge of technology trends (e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, etc.)
  • A strong understanding of how technology functions are structured and the services they provide (e.g. core IT operations, ITIL/ITSM concepts, etc.)
  • Exposure to a range of enterprise technology systems and solutions (e.g. ERP/HRIS/FMIS/CRM/BI etc.), including the ability to assess suitability and trade-offs, as well as awareness of current market trends
  • The ability to confidently tackle ambiguous problems by structuring an approach in a logical flow with strong presentation and storytelling skills (e.g. generating and presenting advice to Steering Committees, Executive Teams, and Boards)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-relevant advice while building long-lasting and trusted relationships
  • Experience designing, facilitating, and translating outputs of workshops with broad stakeholder groups to drive alignment, decision-making, and investment outcomes
