Senior Consultant Transaction Advisory (m/f/d)

OMMAX GmbH, a leading digital strategy consultancy, is seeking a Senior Consultant Transaction Advisory to join our team in München, Berlin, or London. This role is pivotal in shaping the digital future for our clients, focusing on digital business models and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and partially lead the development of commercial, digital, tech, and data due diligence analyses for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Conduct in-depth (digital) business model analyses for leading private equity clients in an international environment.
• Contribute to the development of equity stories and digital value creation initiatives for portfolio companies.
• Structure complex client problems, identify advisory needs, and develop data-driven solutions with increasing independence.
• Analyze the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies on business models and value creation.
• Collaborate closely across projects with internal digital expert teams.
• Prepare client-ready presentations and contribute to workshops, client meetings, and project discussions.

Requirements

• Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or a comparable environment.
• Strong affinity for technology, digital business models, and tech and AI-related topics.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented, structured, and team-oriented manner.
• Fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
