Apply now as a (Senior) Consultant Transformation (Financial Services) (w/m/d) and join our interdisciplinary Regulatory, Risk & Compliance Transformation Hubs in München, Stuttgart, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Düsseldorf, or Köln. You will advise leading financial institutions, central banks, and supervisory authorities at the intersection of regulation, business processes, and digital innovation. You will actively shape the future of risk management and compliance functions by developing and implementing innovative technologies and data-driven solutions. In this role, you will accompany our clients through transformation programs and set innovative standards and impulses for the digital development of the financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Advising our clients on strategic realignments and modernizations of their supervisory, risk, and compliance areas. Acting as a link between technical requirements and the targeted use of modern technologies.
• Accompanying demanding transformation projects from strategy, through conception to successful implementation, and developing precise technical concepts for the structuring and further development of innovative business models and processes in the areas of Risk, KYC, and AML.
• Selecting and implementing market-leading SupTech and RegTech solutions, as well as modern risk and compliance applications, and ensuring successful integration into the organization. Additionally, co-shaping and further developing our service portfolio in the area of Regulatory, Risk, and Compliance Technology.
• Developing viable concepts for handling data for risk and compliance and supporting our clients in using data purposefully for business and regulatory decisions.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Finance, Business Law, Economic Sciences, or a comparable degree program with a focus on financial markets, Business Administration, Risk Management, or Corporate Management. Initial relevant professional experience in consulting, financial services, supervisory authorities, or Fin-/RegTechs – ideally with a focus on regulatory processes, risk management, or compliance.
• Strong interest in the digital transformation of the financial sector, Fin- & Regtechs, and how modern technologies and data-based approaches support future-oriented changes in risk and compliance.
• Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English.
