  • Prepare presentations, findings summaries, process documentation, and client-facing materials for executive and stakeholder audiences.
  • Present recommendations and insights to project teams and leadership while consistently demonstrating Cognizant's commitment to client success, collaboration, accountability, and delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of consulting, business analysis, or industry experience within Fixed Income, Government Securities, Capital Markets, or related financial services environments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale system modernization, transformation, platform implementation, or operating model transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in business analysis methodologies includes requirements gathering, process mapping, business capability assessments, and gap analysis.
  • Solid understanding of fixed income products and securities lifecycle processes, including servicing, settlement, and operational workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience eliciting, documenting, validating, and managing business and functional requirements.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving business requirements.
  • Experience working in complex programs involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Public Trust or equivalent government clearance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting discovery, assessment, or modernization consulting engagements.
  • Knowledge of government securities markets and regulated financial services environments.
  • Experience with mainframe modernization, platform replacement, or legacy system transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with commercial financial platforms and enterprise solutions integrated with legacy environments.
  • Experience developing current-state and future-state process documentation and operating models.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and workshop leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

We Offer

  • Competitive salary between $125,000 and $140,000 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement savings programs, employee assistance programs, wellbeing resources, and professional development opportunities.
