Senior Content Designer - Spend

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Content Designer - Spend to join our team at Wise. This role is pivotal in shaping how millions of customers spend with Wise, both domestically and globally. You will be instrumental in crafting clear, compelling experiences that help customers navigate complex financial moments with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Shape how millions of customers spend with Wise, at home and around the world.
• Craft clear, compelling experiences that help customers navigate complex financial, operational, and risk-related concepts.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Operations to ensure customers always know what's happening with their money and what to do next.
• Work with designers from other squads to build a single, seamless experience for customers.

Requirements

• Content Design: Expertise in creating simple, beautifully crafted, intuitive experiences.
• User Experience: Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
• Customer Empathy: Highly empathetic, both to customers and the people you work with.
• Collaboration: Comfortable collaborating in a human-centered way.
• Influence: Ability to influence teams and stakeholders to increase customer-centeredness, creativity, and content quality.
