About the Position

Senior Controllership Associate I

We are seeking an accurate, detail-oriented Senior Controllership Associate I with 1.5 - 3 years of experience in full-cycle AP processing. In this role, you will manage invoice processing, three-way matching, and monthly reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing & Matching: Review, code, and enter vendor invoices, credit memos using 3-way matching & 2 Way (PO, receiving report, invoice).
• Month-End Closing Support: Assist with month-end closing procedures, including AP accruals and aging report analysis.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure invoices are booked to correct Tax codes.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal departments (Procurement) to resolve PO bottlenecks and chase with requestors to approve aged invoices or to resolve the queries.

Requirements

• Experience: 1.5 - 3 years of hands-on accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Notice period: 0- 15 days (Preferably Immediate joiner)
• Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Practical experience with ERP systems like SAP, Ariba, etc.
  • Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Core Competencies:
  • High attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental and vendor interactions.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
