About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager (remote) to join our team. This role involves attracting corporate partners, conducting market research, and developing strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Attracting corporate partners at both national and international levels.
- Conducting market research to identify key industries and potential partners.
- Establishing contacts with top management at companies and conducting high-level negotiations.
- Preparing tailored partnership proposals and developing unique formats for cooperation.
- Creating comprehensive reports on the effectiveness of partnerships with corporate partners.
- Interacting with international foundations and donor organizations to expand corporate funding.
- Collaborating with PR, marketing, and program teams to enhance the fund’s visibility among business partners.
- Optimizing and improving the processes of interaction with corporate donors.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate fundraising, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record in attracting corporate partners or developing partner programs.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with top management.
- Analytical thinking skills, with the capability to work with data and create strategic plans.
- High level of English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced).
- Experience in managing international projects is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to organize and manage team workflows when necessary.
