Responsibilities

• Lead and direct brainstorm sessions that consist of different digital specialists to create next-level solution or campaign ideas for clients.
• Ability to pick the strongest copywriting and maintain accountability for the overall quality of creative work.
• Work closely with production houses to push the quality of the production.
• Manage workload inside the team and ensure everyone has the best working conditions.
• Understand the latest trends in digital marketing, digital advertising, and technology.
• Have a high level of face-to-face client interaction, providing thought leadership impacting clients' way of doing business on an ongoing basis.
• Mentor and nurture the team to reach their potential.
• Find and hire potential team members.
• Manage the creative strategy and general direction of client work.
• Serve as the department leader and ensure the continued growth of the team.
• Manage client relationships and work to deepen their knowledge of interactive marketing.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising / Media / Art / Design / Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience as an Associate Creative Director, preferably with some digital background.
• An art or copy-based good storyteller with sound ideation and conceptual skills.
• Experience in producing large-scale digital campaigns.
• Knowledge and experience in brand building.
• Ability to solve problems and think strategically.
• Achievements in prestigious advertising awards are a bonus.
• Highly proficient in using Keynote for presentations.
• Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to present in both Bahasa and English.
• Advocates unorthodox thinking, with no fear of innovation.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design, technology, usability, and experience design.
• Compelling portfolio of distinctive work that spans product/service design and storytelling.
• Ability to inspire and motivate your creative team.
