Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable CRM solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored CRM strategies
- Implement and manage CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CRM Consultant
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
