Job description

About the Position

Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.

Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world’s money.

For everyone, everywhere.

We're seeking a Senior CRM Lead to own and elevate our Americas customer lifecycle strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Mentorship: Foster a culture of experimentation, autonomy, and continuous learning, helping your team grow their careers at Wise.
  • Define the LatAm Strategy: Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for our customers in LatAm. Build sophisticated, automated journeys that drive activation, cross-sell, and retention.
  • Drive Commercial Impact: Be responsible for key CRM metrics-improving conversion rates, reducing churn, and increasing lifetime value. Use data to prove the value of your and your team’s work.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Be the primary voice for LatAm CRM across the company. Partner deeply with Product Managers, Product Marketing, Regional Leads, Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure our communications are aligned with product roadmaps and customer needs.

Requirements

  • CRM Experience: 5+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle / Retention Marketing.
  • LatAm Marketing Understanding: Understand the nuances of LatAm marketing-beyond simple translation; you understand the difference in messaging, tone, imagery, and value propositions.
  • Data Analysis: Comfortable diving into data to find opportunities. Understand cohort analysis, A/B testing rigor, and how to measure incremental lift.
  • Dashboard Proficiency: Comfortable in a dashboard. Don’t just report numbers; extract “the why” and translate it into a “what’s next.”
  • Execution Excellence: Proven track record of executing with excellence in autonomy. Comfortable writing a local brief as well as presenting a long-term strategy to leadership.
  • Channel Experience: Strong track record of successful cross-channel (email, push, in-app messages, etc.) lifecycle communications.
  • Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM tools (preferably Braze) and comfortable discussing data schemas, API triggers, and HTML/Liquid logic with CRM Tech engineers. Technically-savvy with a creative eye.
  • Self-starter: Enjoy taking ownership of projects with limited oversight. Thrive more on autonomy than structure. Not afraid to take responsibility and ownership of your work.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with senior stakeholders in Product and Engineering. Not afraid to push back when necessary to protect the customer experience and drive business value.
  • Customer-Centric: Always put yourself in the customer’s shoes. Understand that "spamming" is not a strategy and fight for relevance in every interaction.

Nice to Have

  • SQL Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL to self-serve data insights.
  • High-growth Environment: Experience in a high-growth product-led, Fintech, or SaaS environment.
  • Localised Campaigns: Experience working with localised campaigns across multiple regions/languages.

We Offer

  • RSU’s: In a rapidly growing company
  • Flexible Working Model: During the first six months, you’ll be in office most days of the week to become fully immersed in Wise’s culture and ways of working. After the initial period, you’ll be in office at least 3 days per week.
  • Self-development Budget: An annual self-development budget
  • Health and Dental Allowance: For you and your dependents
  • Life Insurance and EAP Program: Company-paid
  • Paid Time Off: 30 days vacation + 3 “Me” days + 1 volunteer day, annually
  • Sabbatical Leave: A paid 6-week sabbatical leave after four years
  • Parental Leave: 8 weeks of paid parental leave, after a year with us and child care assistance
  • Transportation Vouchers
  • Food and Meal Vouchers: 708 BRL per month and 1,166 BRL per month, respectively
  • TotalPass Access: To 3,500 gyms and studios throughout Brazil
