The Challenge

We are looking for a Senior CRM Project Manager to lead the daily management of CRM projects and ensure smooth coordination between the client, the Data team, the Contact Center, and internal teams, as well as ensuring proper budget control and follow-up.

This role will be key in organizing work, tracking priorities, and delivering projects, with high client exposure and working alongside a multidisciplinary team of CRM, data, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM projects from start to finish: briefing, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Act as the main point of contact with the client, organizing meetings, priorities, deliverables, approvals, and next steps.

• Coordinate work between the client, Contact Center, Data team, and internal CRM teams, facilitating decision-making for the teams.

• Supervise and coordinate the account team.

• Translate business needs into requirements, work plans, and actionable tasks.

• Manage calendars, resources, dependencies, risks, and potential incidents.

• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects.

• Prepare presentations, status reports, and follow-up documentation.

• Identify opportunities for improving conversions, processes, campaigns, and customer experience.

• Work in an integrated manner with a project team, contributing to the organization and prioritization of daily tasks.

• Participate in meetings with international teams, requiring fluent English.

• Budget control and monitoring, with daily coordination with finance teams.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in CRM project management, Customer Experience, relationship marketing, or digital marketing.
• Experience in an agency, consultancy, or multinational client environments.
• Experience coordinating projects with Contact Center and Data teams.
• Strong analytical orientation towards performance and results.
• Solid control of Excel.
• Solid experience in client management and direct client relations.
• Ability to organize teams, priorities, processes, and deliverables.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of CRM processes: segmentation, campaigns, databases, customer journeys, and reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud or other CRM platforms is valuable.
• Experience with dashboard monitoring and visualization: PowerBI, Tableau, among others.

• Knowledge of customer service and Contact Center operations processes.
• Ability to interpret business needs and coordinate solutions with Data and CRM.
