About the Role
At Rulemapping, we make applicable law machine-readable. You will bring this technology to our customers while keeping the project, team, and operations together.
Responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and are responsible for the customer relationship end-to-end, from contract signing through implementation to the ongoing operation of the Rulemapping solution.
- You proactively and goal-orientedly manage projects, take on project controlling, and steer interdisciplinary project teams consisting of Automation Engineers and our subject matter experts for the legal rule sets.
- Together, you will design customer-specific solutions on our no-code platform, from conception through implementation to acceptance and training. This includes the initial configuration of UI, forms, API integrations, AI modules, records, actions, deadlines, and tests.
- In ongoing operations, you will handle service and change requests, manage incident and SLA management, and resolve technical challenges at the platform and tool level.
- You will contribute to the establishment and further development of our delivery processes, particularly in SLA and change management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical operations, SaaS, customer success, or IT consulting role, particularly in the implementation of IT solutions.
- Solid knowledge of IT service management processes (incident, change, SLA) and common tools.
- Strong communication and moderation skills across hierarchical levels, including C-Level.
- You work process-oriented and KPI-driven, get hands-on operationally, and like to take on responsibility.
- An analytical, solution-oriented approach, even with technically demanding problems.
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Very good German (C2) and English skills (at least C1).
