Public 360° is already one of the Nordic region's leading solutions for case and document management. As demand continues to grow, we're looking for a commercially driven Senior Customer Manager to help accelerate our growth journey across the Swedish public sector.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across municipalities, regions, and government agencies.
- Build trusted customer relationships and translate needs into value-creating solutions.
- Own opportunities from first dialogue through value discussions, negotiations, and signed agreements.
- Collaborate with bid, product, and customer experts to strengthen Public 360°’s market position in Sweden.

Who You Are
- A proven ability to create growth and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to understand customer needs and connect them to business value.
- Experience with public sector customers, public procurement, or LOU is an advantage.
You are fluent in Swedish and comfortable working in English. Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics or Salesforce is beneficial.
