About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Customer Manager for Card Personalization services to join Tieto Banktech. Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance customer relationships for Card Personalization services.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of banking systems and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
