Senior CX/CIM Consultant (m/f/d) - Tieto Tech Consulting

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior CX/CIM Consultant for our Customer Experience & Interaction Management practice in Tieto Tech Consulting.

This role puts you at the heart of CX consulting, customer engagement and hands-on solution delivery. Working closely with customers, Solution Architects and Delivery teams, you will turn complex requirements into impactful CX/CIM solutions, lead engaging customer workshops, and help bring implementations successfully from solution design to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Bring CX/CIM and contact center solutions to life - from configuration and testing to a successful go-live
• Dive into customer requirements and transform them into practical, high-quality solution designs and platform configurations
• Create seamless omnichannel experiences by integrating chat, chatbot, email, WhatsApp and voice capabilities with customer systems
• Drive quality throughout delivery by planning and performing functional and integration testing, resolving technical issues, and enabling smooth production transitions
• Empower key users and operational teams through clear technical documentation, hands-on workshops and effective training
• Collaborate closely with customers, developers and service teams, and remain a trusted implementation partner beyond go-live

Requirements

• Around 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with CX, CIM or contact center solutions
• Ideally, 2-3 years of practical implementation experience with Novomind
• Confidence across the implementation lifecycle, including installation, configuration, customization, rollout and support of enterprise software solutions
• Knowledge of omnichannel customer service processes and familiarity with digital channels such as chat, chatbot, email, messaging and voice
• Practical experience with scripting languages, REST APIs & database technologies
• Talent for understanding business needs, making technical concepts accessible, and translating requirements into reliable configurations and integrations
• Structured, quality-focused approach with a genuine drive to solve problems, supported by practical testing and troubleshooting experience
• Fluency in German and English and comfort working in an international environment

The monthly gross salary for this full-time position starts at € 3,954.00 in accordance with the Austrian IT collective agreement (ST1, "Regelstufe"). The final package will reflect your qualifications, relevant experience and current market standards.

Locations

Vienna, Linz, Graz, Regensburg or Berlin. Hybrid working is available; travel requirements depend on the customer and project phase.
