Senior Cybersecurity Solution Architect & Presales Lead

We are looking for a highly senior cybersecurity professional with strong experience in technical presales, solution architecture, business development, vendor management, and customer engagement.

This role will have a direct impact on the evolution of the company's Cybersecurity portfolio, covering areas such as:

• Security Operations
• SOC/MDR
• Managed Security Services
• GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
• Cloud Security
• Microsoft Security
• NIS2, DORA, and ISO 27001 initiatives

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between technology, business, customers, and partners, while also supporting operational teams on complex technical matters and ensuring the quality and feasibility of delivered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical meetings.
• Manage technology vendors and strategic partnerships.
• Support sales and delivery teams with scalable and business-oriented solutions.
• Respond to RFI/RFQ/RFPs and prepare technical proposals.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity (enterprise, consulting, system integrator, vendor, operator, or MSSP environments).
• Strong background in technical presales and cybersecurity solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • SOC/MDR
  • SIEM
  • Incident Response
  • Threat Detection & Response
  • Vulnerability Management
  • Managed Security Services
• Knowledge of:
  • Security Architecture
  • Cloud Security
  • Identity & Access Management
  • Endpoint Security
  • Network Security
  • Zero Trust
  • Cyber Resilience
• Strong experience with Microsoft Security technologies:
  • Microsoft Defender
  • Microsoft Sentinel
  • Microsoft Entra ID

Nice to Have

• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500, ISO 27001, Fortinet NSE, or PCNSE are advantageous.
