We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Strategy team in Europe, working remotely. Embedded within the Strategy team, you will deliver rapid-turnaround insights, visualizations, and recommendations in response to executive questions. You will partner closely with Strategy and IT/Data teams to access, validate, and analyze enterprise data spanning membership, club operations, digital products, and marketing. Additionally, you will document, standardize, and codify analytics processes, reusable queries, metric definitions, and data structures to improve operational efficiency and analytics maturity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rapid-turnaround insights, visualizations, and recommendations in response to executive questions.
• Partner closely with Strategy and IT/Data teams to access, validate, and analyze enterprise data.
• Document, standardize, and codify analytics processes, reusable queries, metric definitions, and data structures.
• Produce clear, executive-friendly dashboards and reports using AWS Quicksight.
• Perform data analysis and presentation using Excel/Sheets.
• Define and govern KPIs and metric logic.
• Reconciling conflicting data and establishing single sources of truth.

Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics/business intelligence; experience in subscription, retail/omnichannel, or consumer services is preferred. Fitness industry experience is a plus.
• Expert SQL skills; able to craft performant, readable queries and build reliable datasets from complex, disparate sources.
• Strong BI/data visualization experience (AWS Quicksight - must); capable of producing clear, executive-friendly dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets for analysis and presentation; familiarity with basic statistics for descriptive/diagnostic work.
• Ability to define and govern KPIs and metric logic; experience reconciling conflicting data and establishing single sources of truth.
• Clear, concise communication and storytelling; comfortable presenting to executives and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Strong organization and prioritization; able to deliver high-quality work quickly in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Experience documenting analytics processes, creating reusable code/report assets, and using version control (e.g., Git) is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery; dbt exposure is a plus).
• Python for analysis is a big plus.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance best practices.
