As a Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer (m/w/d), you will become part of our Data Team and work closely with Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. You will translate complex questions into reliable analyses, clear KPIs, and concrete recommendations for action, and continuously develop our analytics function.

Responsibilities

• Business & Stakeholder Analytics: You will analyze complex data, recognize relevant connections, and derive concrete recommendations for action for the specialist departments.
• KPI Systems & Data Models: You will define central KPIs, funnels, and business metrics and develop consistent data models, the semantic layer, and reporting standards together with the specialist departments.
• Product & Marketing Analytics: You will analyze user behavior, customer journeys, conversion funnels, feature adoption, and marketing channels and identify optimization potentials for product and business.
• Tracking, Measurement & Consent: You will further develop our tracking, measurement, and attribution concepts and are responsible for our web tracking with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. You will also manage our Consent Setup with a consent management platform, Google Consent Mode, and cookie configuration and ensure data protection-compliant and reliable data collection.
• Dashboards & Self-Service Analytics: You will develop dashboards, reports, and KPI structures and support our departments with self-service solutions or targeted analyses depending on the analytics maturity level.
• Build & Develop: You will actively shape our analytics function, establish standards and processes, and be a central contact person for analytical questions within the company.

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in the field of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or Marketing Analytics and have already been responsible for demanding analytics topics independently.
• You have strong analytical skills and can interpret complex data in a business context and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• You are proficient in SQL, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and BigQuery and have experience in analyzing big data.
• You have experience with Consent Management and Google Consent Mode and are familiar with the relevant requirements of the GDPR and TDDDG for web tracking and cookie usage.
• You have experience with KPIs, Funnels, Tracking, and Product or Marketing Analytics and have a good understanding of data quality and analytical data structures.
• You work confidently with different stakeholders, can translate business questions into analytical requirements, and work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
• You have excellent German language skills in speech and writing at C2 level (GER).
