About the Position

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team. You will be leveraging data to generate impactful insights for strategic purposes. This is a pivotal position to bring the business to the next level, you will support one of our business domain teams using analytics to drive better decisions at Perk.

Responsibilities

• Work with other Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, and Engineers in our team to generate advanced analysis that answers key business questions and unlocks opportunities.
• Explore data from different sources, turning it into information, information into insight, and insight into decisions.
• Design and develop metrics, dashboards, experiments, and analyses to track and assess the impact of new initiatives and features.
• Develop data frameworks and products to drive insights and behavioral analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience interpreting data in data analytics or data science role, including relevant tools, techniques, and technology.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
• Mastery in using SQL for data querying, transformation, and modeling - experience with dbt is a strong plus.
• Experience with statistical concepts and packages (Python / R).
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Looker).
• Data storytelling and stakeholder management experience.
• The desire to work in an international environment, with minimal direction, alongside highly engaged individuals.
