About the Position

Senior Data Analyst - Commercial Team

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Data Analyst to join our commercial team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is full-time and focuses on enabling commercial teams to navigate through data and make actionable, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain comprehensive internal reports and dashboards for the commercial team.
• Act as a commercial business partner and advisor on data related to promotions and ads.
• Ensure high data quality standards by maintaining accuracy and consistency across internal dashboards.
• Recommend existing and new metric definitions to enhance data usability.
• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and landscape to collect relevant insights.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and draw conclusions based on stakeholder requests.
• Standardize processes and reporting for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant professional experience with SQL (Python is a plus).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker is preferred).
• Good usage and knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
• Strong proficiency in English and Bulgarian.
• Good presentation skills and ability to work independently and in departmental and cross-departmental projects.
• Business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management.
• Critical reasoning.
• Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impact.
• Comfortable in tracking/reporting on KPIs, dashboards.
• Hands-on attitude.
