We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at exmox, a leading European tech challenger in the user acquisition space. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decisions in our fast-paced mobile gaming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, Fraud, and LiveOps teams to bring clarity to ambiguous problems and support decisions with evidence.
  • Turn vague business questions into structured hypotheses, experiments, and decision-ready analyses.
  • Use AI tools like Claude and Databricks daily for analysis and automation.
  • Track and analyze performance across product, campaign, revenue, and profitability dimensions.
  • Build dashboards and self-service tools for teams to monitor performance.
  • Identify gaps in tracking and data quality early, and help improve instrumentation across domains.
  • Absorb new business context quickly and contribute decision-ready work within weeks.
  • Share your thinking openly to help the team learn faster.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product, business, or behavioral analytics, ideally spanning more than one domain (product, marketing, finance, or commercial operations); B2C, mobile gaming, or AdTech experience is a plus.
  • AI Fluency: Genuine hands-on experience working with AI tools like Claude as part of your daily workflow.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong Databricks and/or Spark experience; strong SQL and Python skills for analysis, automation, and modeling; BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) for dashboarding.
  • Analytical and Performance-Driven Mindset: Comfortable framing ambiguous questions into structured hypotheses and evaluating experiments (A/B tests, incrementality).
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills, able to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders through structured, data-driven argumentation.
  • Independent and Solution-Oriented Mindset: Comfortable operating in fast-paced, international environments.

We Offer

  • Flexible hybrid work model (working from home on Mondays & Fridays, office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
  • Perks: Transport subsidy, learning budget, wellness and gym, workation, bi-weekly team lunches, and more.
