About the Position
Within the Swiss-Ukrainian E-Governance for Accountability and Participation Program (EGAP), East Europe Foundation announces a vacancy for the position of Senior Data Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Build an analytics system for web and application
- Customize dashboards
- Build reports for stakeholders
- Prepare reports for the product team according to key metrics and roles
- Set up and analyze A/B tests according to prepared hypotheses
- Collect and analyze user feedback from various sources
- Look for correlations between hypotheses and actual user behavior
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a product team
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and to communicate these effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
- Expertise in analytical and statistical tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python) and familiarity with A/B testing and other experimentation frameworks
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining dashboards using BI system tools (Tableau/PowerBI)
- English proficiency level from Intermediate (B2)
