About the Position
Join Optiveum as a Senior Data Analyst in Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw. Work on end-to-end data solutions with SQL, Python, Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining data models and resilient data pipelines.
- Taking full ownership of deliveries-from requirements through implementation, testing, and production deployment.
- Building and optimizing solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.
- Integrating data through enterprise APIs and various other data sources.
- Driving automation and applying modern engineering practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Ensuring the long-term maintainability, stability, and reliability of all delivered solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.
- Strong, hands-on programming experience with SQL and Python.
- Proven track record working with Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.
- Strong data modeling skills and experience designing scalable, resilient data pipelines.
- Experience with API integrations and modern data architectures.
- Solid software engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps methodologies.
- Fluent in English, allowing for seamless communication in an international environment.

- Locations: Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw
- Rate: Up to 140 PLN/h
