About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Data & AI Compliance and Transformation Consultant to lead our data governance and AI compliance initiatives globally. With over five years of experience in Data/AI Governance, you will focus on regulatory requirements such as DSGVO and EU AI Act. Your role will involve building and implementing data and AI governance structures, managing global change initiatives, and ensuring compliance with international standards.

Responsibilities

• Data & AI Governance: Develop and implement data and AI governance structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Change Management: Lead global change management initiatives to introduce new governance and compliance structures.
• Compliance Management: Support the planning, steering, and implementation of data protection and IT compliance projects.
• Process Modeling: Define, model, and optimize processes and organizational structures using BPMN, UML, and governance guidelines.
• Project Management: Plan and moderate workshops on risk, stakeholder, and resource management. Build project structures and manage timelines and tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience with BPMN, UML, and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with tools like OneTrust, ViFlow, and Visio.
