Responsibilities

• Lead Client Engagements: Take the content lead in data and AI transformations at client sites.
• Strategic Partner: Act as a strategic sparring partner for senior management and the board.
• Team Management: Guide junior consultants and multidisciplinary data & AI teams on content and quality.
• Roadmap Development: Translate abstract ambitions into concrete roadmaps and achievable solutions.
• Commercial Development: Recognize upsell and expansion opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Proactive Advice: Advise proactively on follow-up steps and new applications of data and AI.
• Proposal Writing: Excellent writing skills to translate complex Data & AI solutions into clear, convincing proposals, bids, and (European) tenders, combining technical depth with commercial sense.
• Board-level Presentations: Present convincingly at board and management levels.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in digital transformation consulting with a focus on data, analytics, and AI.
• Leadership: Proven experience in a content lead role with clients.
• Commercial Acumen: Ability to recognize opportunities, shape proposals, and build relationships.
• Communication Skills: Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of Dutch and English.
• Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.

• Technical Skills: Experience with Power BI, Azure, Databricks, or Python.
