About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Data Consultant – Azure Data Platform to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. This senior, client-facing role is responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of modern data platforms on Microsoft Azure, supporting organizations in their data-driven transformation journey.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Azure-based data architectures
- Design and implement Modern Data Platforms (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Streaming)
- Develop, optimize, and maintain reliable and high-performing data pipelines
- Collaborate with BI, AI, and Application teams on integrated solutions
- Support workshops, assessments, PoCs, and presales activities
- Mentor junior consultants and support team capability growth

- Data modeling

- Integration from heterogeneous sources (ERP, CRM, APIs)
- Structured and semi-structured data management
Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Power BI (semantic models, dataset optimization)
- Row-Level Security (RLS)

- Data security, encryption
Consulting & Soft Skills
- Structured problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders
- High level of autonomy and ownership
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams

Seniority & Typical Context
- 6–10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics
- Proven experience in complex enterprise projects
- Consulting or System Integrator background
- Microsoft Azure certifications preferred (Data certification: Databricks, Fabric DP 700 or generic Data Platform DP 600)
