About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with expertise in Databricks and dbt to design and implement scalable data pipelines for an international client. This role is full-time and remote, with a start date in September 2026 and a duration of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines in Databricks
• Implement data transformations using dbt
• Build and maintain data models from Raw to Smart Layer
• Develop robust ETL/ELT processes
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and development teams
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable data solutions
• Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Senior Data Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks
• Proven expertise with dbt (data build tool)
• Excellent SQL skills
• Good Python knowledge
• Experience with modern data warehousing and Lakehouse architectures
• Strong communication skills in English
