Senior Data Engineer DWH

About the Position

Callista Group AG is seeking a Senior Data Engineer DWH to join our team in Luzern, Switzerland. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of central data warehouse areas, developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes, and ensuring reliable data delivery for various departments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for central areas of the data warehouse
• Operation, maintenance, and development of ETL/ELT processes using Oracle Data Integrator
• Analysis of complex business data and implementation of technical requirements
• Development of maintainable and efficient data integration processes
• Participation in the reporting environment with SAP Business Objects (advantageous)
• Ensuring reliable and appropriate data delivery

Requirements

• Several years of experience in operating classic Enterprise Data Warehouses
• Solid practical experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Experience in developing, analyzing, and maintaining complex ETL/ELT processes
• Very good SQL skills
• Experience in end-to-end responsibility for data streams and interfaces
• Independent, structured working style and high level of personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with various departments
• German language skills at level C2

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Business Objects

We Offer

• Start: Immediately
• Duration: At least until the end of 2027 (option for extension)
• Hours: 80–100%
• Location: Luzern
• Remote: Up to 3 days per week (Tuesday on-site)
• Language: German (minimum C2)
