About the Role

Dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Senior Data Engineer (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

Du entwickelst Datenlösungen für Kunden unterschiedlicher Größen, die echte Business-Herausforderungen lösen.
Du berätst Kunden in Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung moderner Datenplattformen, überwiegend auf Basis von Databricks.
Du setzt skalierbare Datenmodelle und Datenpipelines nach Best Practices um.
Du automatisierst und optimierst bestehende Datenpipelines, setzt CI/CD und Infrastructure as Code ein und sorgst so für zuverlässige Datenprodukte.
Du löst erfolgreich täglich neue Herausforderungen vom Kundenworkshop bis zur tiefen Coding-Session.
Du übernimmst in deinen Projekten Verantwortung, sowohl fachlich als auch als (Teil-)Projektleitung.

Requirements

Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von Data Platforms, Data Lakehouses oder Data Warehouses.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Cloud-Datenplattformen, bevorzugt Databricks auf AWS, Azure oder GCP.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in SQL und Python
Du berätst Kunden gerne zu fachlichen und technischen Fragestellungen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen nachhaltige Lösungsansätze.
Du überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsstärke und schaffst es, Kunden, Stakeholder und Teammitglieder für innovative Lösungen zu gewinnen.
Du teilst dein Wissen aktiv mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen und hast den Anspruch, dich fachlich und technologisch kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Du bringst die Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Reisen im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten mit.
Du kommunizierst souverän in Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1) und kannst technische Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht vermitteln.

Nice to Have

Erfahrung mit modernen Orchestrierungs-Tools (z. B. Airflow, Dagster) und Infrastructure-as-Code-Tools (z. B. Terraform).
Databricks-Zertifizierungen oder vergleichbare Cloud- oder Data Platform-Zertifizierungen.
Kenntnisse in verwandten Themen wie Streaming, Machine Learning, KI oder BI- und CPM-Systemen.
Kenntnisse in Best Practices der Datenmodellierung wie Data Vault, Dimensional Modeling oder 3NF.
Erfahrung mit Databricks Genie.
