Responsibilities

• Regulatory & Governance: Support in implementing regulatory requirements (e.g., BCBS 239) and developing sustainable data strategies and governance structures in the financial sector.
• Designing Innovative Data Solutions: Participation in diverse projects for the development and implementation of modern data and reporting platforms and pipeline architectures.
• Consulting with a Long-term Perspective: Holistic support of our clients – from requirements analysis to the conception, implementation, and optimization of data architectures and pipelines.
• Use of Modern Technologies: Work with leading platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Collibra, Confluent, Denodo, or Starburst.
• Professional Development: Participation in studies, publications, evaluations, and offers in the field of data engineering.
• Team & Innovation: Active development of our data and analytics portfolio in a diverse, motivated, and supportive team.
• Quality Management: Ensuring data quality and transparency throughout the data lifecycle.

Requirements

• Completed studies related to Data Science, (Business) Informatics, Statistics, Economics, or a comparable education.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of data management, governance, and/or engineering.
• Enthusiasm for data, self-initiative, and an analytical eye for detail.
• Experience in consulting banks or financial companies and in working with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Denodo, or Starburst.
• Passion for modern data architectures, data modeling, and engineering.
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken).

You have the opportunity with us to actively influence your salary based on your individual performance. Depending on your qualifications and relevant professional experience, the gross monthly salary for this position on a full-time basis ranges between EUR 4,350 and EUR 6,000.
