About the Position
Here at Sombra, we are looking for a professional who will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of automation solutions and optimization technologies across key business functions. The main goal is to transform audit, reporting, and administrative processes into more efficient, scalable, and value-driven models through the adoption of advanced automation tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the automation roadmap aligned with operational efficiency and business value goals
- Identify automation opportunities across critical processes such as data capture, claims processing, forecasting, reporting, and vendor management
- Lead automation initiatives from concept through successful deployment
- Evaluate and implement technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps, OCR, BPM, and other process optimization tools
- Define governance, compliance, security standards, and best practices for automated solutions
- Create and deliver automation training programs for managers, leaders, and analysts
- Promote a culture of innovation, process improvement, and technology adoption
- Monitor results, build ROI reports, and present impact to key stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience leading process automation, optimization, or digital transformation projects
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with OCR tools and workflow/BPM platforms
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing teams, objectives, and talent development
- Strategic mindset with strong focus on measurable business outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- English level B2 / C1
