The company provides audit, tax, consulting, enterprise risk, and financial advisory services to more than 263,900 professionals globally.

About the Project

As a Data Science Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional development team working with GenAI solutions to drive digital transformation across Enterprise Products.

The team is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative enterprise technology, tools, and processes to support the delivery of tax services. Their goal is to provide comprehensive, value-added, and efficient solutions. It’s a dynamic team of professionals with diverse backgrounds - tax, technology, change management, and project management. Work includes process and tool development, training, engagement management, tool design, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to understand requirements, refine models, and integrate LLMs into AI solutions
• Apply RLHF and advanced techniques for tax-specific AI outputs
• Embed generative AI into consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting processes
• Use LLMs to interpret unstructured tax documentation
• Develop and implement Deep Learning algorithms for AI solutions
• Stay updated on GenAI research and apply latest techniques
• Preprocess raw data (normalization, tokenization, etc.) for NLP models
• Set up and train large language models and other state-of-the-art neural networks
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of models
• Perform statistical analysis and optimize models for cloud and edge computing environments
• Explore and propose new AI use cases to enhance tax functions
• Partner with tax, finance, and IT teams to integrate AI workflows
• Collaborate with legal teams to meet regulatory standards for tax data
• Conduct model audits and risk mitigation
• Monitor and optimize generative models for performance and scalability

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design patterns, concurrency/multithreading, scalable AI and GenAI model deployment
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and related libraries
• Experience with RegEx, Spacy, NLTK, NLP techniques for text representation and semantic extraction
• Hands-on experience in developing, training, and fine-tuning LLMs and AI models
• Knowledge of CNN, RNN, GANs, RAG, Langchain, Transformers
• Expertise in Prompt Engineering and vector databases
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Computing Platform
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Background in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, CNN, RNN, LSTM
• Experience with Vector Databases (Milvus, Postgres, etc.) and database technologies

English level: Intermediate+
