Our Bangalore office, located in Manyata Tech Park, is one of our newest and most dynamic hubs. Here, we are building a next-generation, AI-driven supply chain product from the ground up. Operating in a hybrid work model, this location offers a unique opportunity to join the development team at an early stage and play a key role in shaping the future of our product and technology landscape.

Responsibilities

Work closely with local and global teams to develop and deploy AI, machine learning, and data science solutions for customer and internal projects.
Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
Design and implement machine learning and generative AI models.
Analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive successful solution integration.
Support the integration and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions into products and operational environments.
Collect, process, and analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
Develop and implement machine learning, advanced analytics, and Generative AI solutions.
Prototype, evaluate, deploy, and monitor AI models in production environments.
Create and deliver clear visualizations, dashboards, reports, and presentations.
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve methodologies, processes, tools, and AI capabilities.
Promote and contribute to data science best practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support team success through knowledge sharing, collaboration, mentoring, and maintaining high standards of project delivery.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or Digital Supply Chain Consulting.
Strong proficiency in Python and commonly used data science, machine learning, and Generative AI frameworks and libraries.
Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions and contributing to supply chain optimization and transformation initiatives.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business, analytics, and technology functions.
Experience working with European customers and stakeholders in international project environments.
Strong ownership mindset with accountability for workstreams, deliverables, and project outcomes.
Proactive, self-driven, and independent approach to problem-solving and execution.
Excellent analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills.
Adaptable, flexible, and resilient in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and address business needs effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
