Senior Deep Learning Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Deep Learning Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in machine learning for perception to join our AI/ML team in Poland. This role involves working on advanced models for cloud and edge devices.

Responsibilities

• Design and Deploy Models: Come up with solutions to complex problems in perception using deep learning.
• Documentation: Articulate ideas both verbally and in written form, culminating in clear design and project plan documents.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to team roadmap and planning, and work with cross-functional teams across the company to deliver end-to-end solutions for customers.
• Mentorship: Help and mentor other junior engineers within the team.

Requirements

Must Have

• Experience: 3-4 years experience building and deploying machine learning models for perception in production settings.
• Core Skills:
  • Deep hands-on expertise in designing, training, evaluating, and deploying highly optimized machine learning models for perception in cloud and edge devices.
  • Hands-on experience in PyTorch, Python, CUDA, and related skills.
• Personal Attributes: Good communicator, self-starter, and ability to collaborate with others. Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced startup culture.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in perception problems in self-driving car companies that aligns closely with the work of this team.
