Salary: EUR 50,000 - EUR 65,000 per year

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager for industrial projects to join our team in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Manage a team of 100, ensure project performance, and lead client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Project Performance: Guarantee the performance of projects by ensuring the quality of deliverables, respecting costs and deadlines, managing risks, and achieving KPIs and SLAs.
• Team Management: Supervise Engagement Managers, Project Leaders, and other collaborators, monitor performance, develop skills, manage careers, and identify future managers.
• Business Development: Participate in pre-sales, respond to calls for tenders, qualify opportunities, contribute to recruitment, and develop revenue.
• Financial Management: Ensure the financial profitability of projects.
• Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Practice Standardization: Structure and industrialize practices.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in the industrial field or a business school diploma with experience in the industrial sector.
• Mastery of project management and team management.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and client-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in financial indicators.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility, active listening, autonomy, and curiosity.
