About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Delphi Developer to join a large-scale enterprise fintech platform used in production by thousands of users. This role is ideal for experienced Delphi / Object Pascal developers who enjoy working on business-critical systems, improving existing applications, and delivering reliable software in a stable environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise applications built with Delphi / Object Pascal
Analyze and improve existing codebases for stability and performance
Implement new features and enhancements for business-critical systems
Work with SQL databases and backend integrations
Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders
Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and maintainability

Requirements

Strong experience as a Delphi Developer
Solid knowledge of Object Pascal
Experience working on enterprise or financial systems
Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Experience integrating APIs or backend services
Ability to work independently in a remote development environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

Experience with legacy system modernization
Knowledge of financial or banking systems
Experience working in distributed engineering teams
Familiarity with software architecture principles
