About the Position
We’re currently looking to grow our creative team by adding an amazing Senior Designer with at least five or more years of experience. The ideal designer for this role is someone who has an incredible mix of both talent/ability and work ethic, as well as someone who can rise to the challenge and work on projects outside their wheelhouse/comfort zone. We’re looking for a designer who can think strategically to make sure their creative is on point, and can also think outside the box in order to push their work, their clients, and us beyond the creative brief.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the creative director and accounts team on projects to create compelling design solutions from initial conceptualization through to the final product
- Develop original concepts based on direction/concepts defined by the creative director
- Design across all stages/touch-points of a branding system
- Collaborate with an international team of creatives as far as 5,000 miles away
- Conduct yourself professionally especially when meeting with clients
- Review work with junior designers and provide clear and effective art direction
- Concept and art direct photo/film shoots
Requirements
- BFA/Bachelors in graphic design and five-plus years of working experience, ideally at an agency
- Strong aesthetic point of view, the ability to design at a high level
- Detail driven and excellent time management skills
- Ability to collaborate with others and be the point person driving a project
- Experience in Branding, print, and web design
- Fluent in Adobe CC as well as Sketch and Invision
Nice to Have
- Skills in illustration, motion graphics/video, or photography

About the Company
Although C+P is headquartered in NYC, we have international offices that we are in communication with every day. The Senior Designer must be comfortable collaborating with international team members on a regular basis.
