Senior Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our dynamic team in Pune, India.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization and development, and have a proven track record of integrating Dynamics CRM with various external systems. The Senior Developer will be responsible for developing solutions that optimize our CRM platform and enhance business processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Customize and develop solutions using MS Dynamics CRM,.Net C#, PCF, Workflows, Actions, Custom APIs, and Power Automate Flows
• Develop plugins for MS Dynamics CRM with C#
• Manage the integration of MS Dynamics CRM with external systems
• Handle environment elevations for Dynamics solutions and data
• Utilize CI/CD practices effectively with tools like Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps
• Implement high-quality unit testing for greater reliability
• Collaborate in Agile development environments
• Maintain an advanced level of English communication and documentation

Requirements

• 5 – 9 years of development experience specific to MS Dynamics CRM products
• Background in developing MS Dynamics CRM Plugins with C#
• Skills in customization using .Net C#, PCF, Workflows, Actions, Custom APIs, and Power Automate Flows
• Expertise in CI/CD practices, utilizing platforms such as Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
• Understanding of MS Dynamics CRM online out-of-the-box functionality
• Knowledge of unit testing concepts
• Proficiency in managing environment elevations of Dynamics solutions and data
• Recognized capabilities in Agile development methodologies

Nice to Have

• Development experience with WCF and WebAPI
• Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC
• Familiarity with JS frameworks (AngularJS, Angular 2, React)
• Skills in utilizing MS Azure Services (App Service, Service Bus)
• Understanding of Design Patterns
