Senior developer

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Full-stack Developer to join our team in Central Europe or remotely. This role is for someone who wants to use AI to the fullest, not as a gimmick, but as a serious way to ship faster. We expect you to move quickly with AI assistance, but also to think clearly, challenge weak outputs, keep the architecture sane, and take responsibility for quality.

Responsibilities

• Turn ideas and rough flows into clear specifications and working product changes
• Build across frontend and backend, with ownership from concept to production
• Help create a development process where AI generates a large part of the implementation, but humans stay responsible for intent, review, testing, and final quality
• Over the next 12 months, most of your work will focus on our client Guestcloud.sk, where you will help enhance the platform with an AI-assisted CMS for event / invitation sites.
• We’ll also work together on our own exciting product, which we’re happy to talk about in more detail.

Requirements

• Strong senior engineering judgment
• Very high willingness to work with AI tools daily
• Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly and reason from documentation
• Experience with a modern frontend SPA framework (Vue.js, React.js) and backend development in a modern language (experience or willingness to work with Python)
• Ownership: you can test your own work, think in systems, and deliver production-ready results
• Clear written communication, especially around specs, prompts, task breakdown, and handoff

We Offer

• Location: Central Europe / Remote
• Contract Type: Freelance / Employment contract
• Salary: €4,600 - €6,200 per month
• Employment Contract (gross): Starting at €3,300
