As a Senior Developer SAP TM (m/w/d) or Senior Technical Consultant SAP TM (w/m/d), you will play a central role in the technical implementation of complex customer requirements in the SAP logistics environment. You will develop innovative solutions with a focus on transport logistics, bring your experience to the further development of existing applications, and ensure that technical quality and practicality go hand in hand.

You will work closely with our consulting team, bring technical know-how into projects early on, and be an important contact person for the implementation of complex requirements in SAP TM. Responsibilities

You analyze complex technical requirements in the SAP logistics environment and develop tailored solutions for our customers in close coordination with the project team.
You develop innovative applications with a focus on SAP TM and implement technical requirements based on ABAP OO and relevant SAP TM frameworks.
You continuously maintain and develop existing leogistics solutions and ensure high technical quality, stability, and sustainable maintainability.
You adapt our solutions within customer projects in close collaboration with our consulting team and actively contribute your technical perspective to solution finding.
You take responsibility for partial areas in development projects, estimate effort and target dates, track budget and work progress, and ensure reliable reporting to project management and leading architects.
You lead development teams technically in close coordination with the leading architect, onboard (associate) technical consultants, and take responsibility for professional development within the team.
You work on technical guidelines and standards, support quality assurance, present results internally and externally, and actively share your expertise through training in our internal communities.

Requirements

You have successfully completed a technical degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of practical experience in the SAP development environment and work with a high standard of software quality, clean code, and sustainable solutions.
You have in-depth knowledge of ABAP OO and practical experience in development in the SAP TM environment.
You are familiar with relevant SAP TM technologies and frameworks such as BOPF, FBI, or BRFplus and can apply them confidently in development.
You independently familiarize yourself with new topics, follow technological developments in the SAP environment with interest, and combine curiosity with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
You communicate clearly and solution-oriented, enjoy working with colleagues from consulting and development, and have very good German and English language skills.
