Senior DevOps (AWS)

About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS) to join our team and work on a cutting-edge SaaS solution. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining modern infrastructure in AWS, as well as developing and optimizing robust CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS.
• Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (experience with Jenkins is a plus).
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Collaborate with development teams working with.NET Framework (4.5.1) and.NET (6+) to ensure seamless deployment and integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, staging, and production environments.
• Optimize system performance and ensure high availability and scalability of infrastructure.
• Use GitHub to manage version control practices and workflows.
• Gain a basic understanding of the database layer to better support overall system architecture (familiarity with MSSQL is a plus).

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or related role.
• Strong expertise with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation).
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions; knowledge of Jenkins is an advantage.
• Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with.NET Framework and.NET applications.
• Basic understanding of relational databases like MSSQL is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working in collaborative environments.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification is mandatory (or must be obtained within an agreed timeframe after joining).
