About the Position
We are seeking a Lead Backend Engineer with expertise in Golang and Google Cloud to join our engineering team. This role is available in multiple locations including Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement architectural solutions
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
Requirements
- Proficiency in Golang
- Strong experience with Google Cloud
- Knowledge of Java, Kafka, and Terraform
- Proven experience in a lead engineering role
