Senior DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) Ansible
SOPTIM AG is looking for a passionate Senior DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) Ansible to join our team in Aachen, Germany. If you have a heart for automation, stable build environments, and functioning pipelines, you've come to the right place. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and build environments, ensuring reliable, automated development and deployment processes
- Automate configurations and processes with Ansible; also manage GitLab, Artifactory, and software and configuration management
- Continuously improve existing DevOps structures, identify improvement potentials, and contribute your own ideas
- Collaborate directly with customers to clarify technical and subject-matter requirements, question existing approaches, and develop suitable solutions independently up to implementation
- Keep your knowledge up to date and contribute to the further development of our technologies and processes
- Occasional project-related travel is part of your duties
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in software development with a specialization in the DevOps environment
- Extensive experience with Ansible and GitLab, as well as the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with build environments, Git, and the automation of development and deployment processes; knowledge of Artifactory or similar tools is advantageous
- You understand technical contexts quickly, question requirements constructively, and find practical solutions independently
- You communicate confidently with customers, ask the right questions, and can convey technical matters comprehensibly
- You work in a structured and self-reliant manner and are eager to drive technical topics forward and develop professionally
- Fluent German language skills complete your profile
